In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, the United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to solicit for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation to acquire procure two (2) G700 aircraft with related supplies and services, on a sole source basis. This solicitation will be issued as a sole-source request in accordance with FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
