In accordance with FAR part 15.206 modification (2) to revise solicitation language on GSA. Removal of "planning purposes". Correction to Pricing Spreadsheet Option Year Four (4) reads (9) months and corrected to (12) months. Full year already reflected on sheet and Q&A added. Extensions will not be granted as modifications did not change scope of work or requirements.

This announcement is being made to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Office and has an anticipation to be solicited as full and open competition under GSA (8a) STARS III program in accordance with FAR part 19 procedures. USCG has a requirement that may last for a one base year with four option period(s).

This Solicitation is being provided for planning purposes, to small business concerns (SBCs) to become familiar with the requirements for USCG 70Z02324QCVC20001 Solicitation which is published on GSA under the (8)a STARS III program on RFQ1699252. The Solicitation may differ from the Pre-Solicitation posted in GSA.. During the solicitation period vendors that are/are not under the small business (8a) STAR III program may take the opportunity to review the small business (8a) STARS III program requirements.

This solicitation is being released under GSA (8a) program STARS III requirements per FAR19.8. All vendors are encouraged to review the solicitation, all attached documents, and determine if you're eligible to submit an offer on GSA. If there are any amendments to the solicitation, notification will be posted to the GSA website and SAM.gov. Vendors are to ensure they read all requirements within the attachments and the solicitation on GSA RFQ1699252.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect and anticipates that a competitive firm fixed price contract shall be awarded because of this solicitation announcement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal/quote, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This announcement constitutes a solicitation. This announcement does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. PROPOSALS ARE SOLICITED UNDER THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.

No entitlement or payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the contractor/vendor shall arise because of submission of responses to this announcement and USCG use of such information. USCG reserves the right to select for award and fund all, some, or none of the submissions received in response to this solicitation. USCG will not provide funding or reimbursement for proposal development costs. Full submissions or any other material submitted in response to this solicitation will not be returned.

All submissions shall be unclassified. To access GSA, you must be registered to view contract opportunities. In addition, you must ensure that you have an updated SAM.gov registration.
