Amendment 002 04/16/2024 In the U. S. Governments effort to obtain the engine serial numbers associated with the parts list (Attachment II) per questions received from industry, the country has decided to revise the existing list to support their current needs. This revision will change the scope of the requirement, requiring the solicitation to be cancelled. This solicitation is cancelled and will be reposted once the government receives a revised list from the country.
Estimated time of receipt of revised list is 30 days. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z02324Q92200004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02, effective 22 January 2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1,300 Employees. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
The scope of this requirement is the procurement of various marine application spare parts in support of the Government of Guyana, as required under Foreign Military Sales Letter of Offer and Acceptance Case Number GU-P-BAA. Packaging, packing, preservation, and marking is required in preparation for Government arranged Defense Transportation System pick up.
