United States Coast Guard Request for Information Synopsis: The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Capabilities (CG-7211) is seeking information from potential vendors who are interested in, and capable of supporting the USCG Glock Armorer Training Program, with transitioning to a new duty service pistol, members are required at Intermediate Maintenance Activities in the CG for thorough detail inspection and trouble shooting maintenance for Glock G19 and G26. There will be no range firing or instruction, this will only be classroom environment. This RFI seeks information with regards to the following:

Capability to host a class of 20 members 2x year for service needs. Training days must be 2 days in length. Provide adequate training supplies and equipment for successful completion. Have the ability with licensing agreement Glock Inc. to provide training to the Federal Government. Can enter Federal grounds at CG TRAINING CENTER YORKTOWN VA to host training session. Can you provide signed completion certificate acknowledging members graduation in the Glock platforms.

Has your organization completed Glock training and a credited vendor to host trainings. Responses to this RFI shall be submitted to William E. Lewis at William.E.Lewis3@uscg.mil and Carl J. Auxier at Carl.J.Auxier@uscg.mil. This special notice is for market research and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to award a contract from responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by interested parties is strictly voluntary and no monetary compensation will be provided for response preparation.
