Emergenetics Profile Packages and Facilitator Seat

This is a Notice of Intent to issue a Sole Source Award to Browning Group International Inc. for Emergenetics Virtual Profile Packages and Facilitator Seat. This is not a Request for Quote.

The Department of Homeland Security-Office of Inspector General (DHS-OIG) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Browning Group International Inc. for (100) Emergenetics Profile Packages; (8) Annual Associate Fees for the team of Emergenetics Associates; and (1) Facilitator Certification Seat with a Surge CLIN to add additional seats. A Sole Source procurement is authorized in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.

DHS-OIG has conducted research and thoroughly analyzed previous purchase history to determine other sources for their Psychometric (Mental Measurement) Assessment Tools and Certification of OIG Staff in delivering the tool.

Although there are other vendors to provide similar products, it is more advantageous to the Government to establish a new contract utilizing the current tool since changing to another tool would negate the prior resource investment and change the dialog in the agency’s efforts to improve communication, team building, and improve morale throughout the agency.
