The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists, P.O. Box 2411, Leesburg, VA 20177 for training to prepare students for the Certified Forensic Computer Examiner Certification. This notice is neither a request for quotations nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1).

Only written e-mailed (michael.velez@usss.dhs.gov and sonja.ablola@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 5:00 pm, Eastern Time, January 11, 2024. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
