Spotters Kits (Amendment 1)

The purpose of this edit is to issue Amendment 0001 to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 70T05025Q6100N002.

Amendment 0001 provides the following changes: 1. Incorporate a revised Statement of Work to include part numbers(inducated in red) via Attachment A - SOW LE-FAMS Amd 1 2. Provide Government answers to vendor questions.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/request for quotes being requested from small business participants only with the technical requirements as stated in the attached Statement of Work. Request for NAICS Code identification: As the applicable NAICS code for this requirement is currently undetermined, vendors are requested to identify and provide the NAICS code(s) they believe most appropriately describe the products/services being solicited.

Please include the NAICS code, the associated business size standard, and a brief rationale for your selection in your response.. The apparent awardee shall be considered responsible as defined within the meaning of FAR part 9.104-1. Quoter's must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for delivery order award.

Quoters are to provide a Firm Fixed Price quote to Contracting Specialist, Shenika Butler via email at Shenika.Butler1@tsa.dhs.gov and include a per item breakdown via the attached Pricing Schedule. Quotations shall be submitted on a Firm Unit Price basis. Quoters are encouraged to use additional discounts The RFQ is being solicited using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

The instructions included will be evaluated on the following dates associated with this requirement: Date Event 08/14/2025 Questions Due by 12:00 PM EST 08/19/2025 Quotes Due by 12:00 PM EST You are requested to review the information contained in the enclosed notice and provide the requested quote no later than 12:00 PM EST August 19, 2025 Errors, Discrepancies, or Ambiguities If an Offeror believes that the requirements in this solicitation contain an error, omission, or are otherwise unsound, the Offeror shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer (CO) in writing with supporting rationale.

Offerors are reminded that TSA reserves the right to award a Purchase Order for this requirement based on the initial quotes without discussions. The Transportation Security Administration, Law Enforcement Federal Air Marshal Services (LE-FAMS) has a requirement to establish a Purchase Order for LE-FAMS Spotters Kit under a brand name or Equal basis.
