S-Docs Document Generation Tool

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for S-Docs document generation tool. S-Docs is the only platform approved application by Salesforce which can support the Surface Data Management System (SDMS).

Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to Carasoft Technology Corporation, 11493 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 100, Reston, Virginia 20190. This contract will address the requirements of a document generation tool utilized in the SDMS to support the development of the projects’ ‘Executive Summary’ data point on the dashboard.

Since April of 2022, by recommendation of the Digital Services Team (DST), and in coordination with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) branch of the Information Assurance and Cyber Security Division (IAD) we have discussed and successfully vetted the S-Docs application in Salesforce after a successful “proof of concept. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
