Janitorial Services for TSA EWR

UPDATE (January 31, 2024) Amendment A0003 is hereby issued to provide responses to Quoter questions, amend Attachment 3 – Quote Submission Form, and extend the deadline for the submission of quotes. The solicitation is amended as follows:

(1) The Government’s responses to Quoter questions may be found herein;

(2) Attachment 3 – Quote Submission Form has been amended to clarify the square footage and requirements and correct an error. All changes are denoted in blue ink and any deletions are denoted in red strikethrough ink. Quoters are advised to utilize the amended Attachment 3 – Quote Submission Form in lieu of the preexisting version; and (3) The due date and time for the submission of quotes is hereby extended.

Please submit a final, firm?fixed price quote no later than 5:00 pm local Washington D.C. time on 2/6/2024. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. UPDATE (January 29, 2024) The Government hereby notifies industry partners that the Government intends to amend the solicitation shortly to provide responses to questions, provide an amended copy of Attachment 3 - Quote Submission Form, and extend the due date for the submission of quotes.

Please continue to monitor sam.gov for the amendment and for any additional updates. UPDATE (January 18, 2024) Amendment A00002 is hereby issued to extend the due date and time for the submission of quotes.

Quote Submission: Please submit a final, firm-fixed price quote no later than 5:00 pm local Washington D.C. time on February 1, 2024 to TSA Contract Specialist, Joshua Fortiz, joshua.fortiz@tsa.dhs.gov and the undersigned at michael.capovilla@tsa.dhs.gov. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The Government is preparing responses to questions received from industry partners, and intends to issue an additional amendment next week.

Thank you for your continued interest in doing business with TSA. UPDATE (January 12, 2024) Amendment A00001 is hereby issued to incorporate an OPTIONAL site visit into the solicitation.

Potential Quoters that wish to tour TSA’s leased spaces located at the Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) in Newark, NJ, are required to RSVP via email by providing the full name of their participant no later than 12:00 PM local Washington D.C. time on January 16, 2024 to TSA Contract Specialist, joshua.fortiz@tsa.dhs.gov and the undersigned at michael.capovilla@tsa.dhs.gov. Potential Quoters may send (1) participant per company to attend the site visit.

All participants are required to provide a government (Federal or State) issued photo ID upon arrival to order to attend the site visit. The site visit will be scheduled for January 18, 2024 to start at 8:30 AM local airport time in Terminal A on the ground level, next to Dunkin Donuts. A representative from TSA will be present to meet and escort all participants through our spaces. Participation in the site visit is not required or a prerequisite for Potential Quoters to submit quotations for consideration. All other terms and conditions to the solicitation remain in full force and effect.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) hereby requests quotes to provide janitorial and pest control services for leased spaces located at the Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) in Newark, NJ. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. This is procurement is set aside for eligible Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code is 561720 Janitorial Services with a small business size standard of $19.5 million.

The Product Service Code (PSC) is S201 Housekeeping- Custodial Janitorial. Prospective Quoters are responsible for downloading this solicitation and any amendments. It is the Quoters’ responsibility to monitor beta.sam.gov for the release of any amendments to this solicitation.
