INTRODUCTION The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is conducting market research to define small business sources with the capability to fulfill the requirement for Janitorial Services for Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), Las Vegas, NV. This Sources Sought is a Request for Information (RFI). This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.
All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate for any cost incurred in developing information provided. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding:
(1) the availability and capability of qualified sources;
(2) whether they are small businesses; HUBZone; service-disabled veteran-owned, woman-owned, 8(a), etc.;
(3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition;
(4) if there are federal supply schedules available for competitive solicitation after determining Small Business Set Aside. The responses received will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Contractor shall provide janitorial services for space occupied by TSA personnel at the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). The average daily TSA workforce is 580 employees.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and consumables (to include trash receptacle liners, soap, paper towels and toilet paper etc.) necessary for the janitorial maintenance of TSA occupied space at LAS. Janitorial services are required for multiple areas and are further defined in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work.
RESPONSE INFORMATION Interested vendors are required to submit a Capabilities Statement not exceed two (2) pages and shall be in either PDF or MS Word Format.
The contractor's Capabilities Statement shall include the following information: 1. Company Name 2. SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number 3. Cage Code 4. Company Point of Contact 5. Mailing Address 6. Phone Number 7. Current Business Size (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, veteran owned, etc.) 8. State if you hold a current GSA contract, GWAC, or other federal supply schedules contract and provide the contract number.
9. Identify the company's capabilities to meet the requirements identified in the attached DRAFT SOW. 10. Experience with providing similar and/or same services. Email the capabilities statement by 01/15/2024 at 4 p.m. local time to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Patricia Klimowicz as follows:
