SurveyMonkey Enterprise Software Licenses

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. US Citizenship and Immigration Service intends to award a purchase order on a brand-name, sole source basis for SurveyMonkey Enterprise software licenses to:

SurveyMonkey, Inc. One Curiosity Way San Mateo, CA 94403 The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, SurveyMonkey, Inc. This is being sole sourced as SurveyMonkey, Inc. is the only OEM capable of providing the brand-name SurveyMonkey software licenses. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02 and Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), current as of JULY 21, 2023. The small business size standard for the set-aside is:
