The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), on behalf of the Office of Health Security (OHS) Health, Food and Agriculture Resilience Directorate (HFAR) and the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Information Analysis Directorate – National Biosurveillance Integration Center (NBIC), awarded sole source contract 70RWMD24CP00000001 to the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO).

This action is being taken in accordance with the authority of 41 U.S.C 1901, as implemented by FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The attached Sole Source Justification (SSJ) is hereby posted for this requirement pursuant to FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii) and 6.305(a).
