Financial Support Services Request for Information

This Request for Information (RFI) supports the Department’s efforts to provide Financial Support Services. This RFI is for information and market research planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. This is NOT a Request for Quotations or Proposals. No solicitation document exists, and the Government may or may not issue a formal solicitation as a result of the responses received to this RFI.

The scope of this effort will be to provide a full range of financial management support services using a variety of financial procedures. These financial management functions include accounting, auditing, financial analyst support services, financial operations support services, travel management support services, bank card support, conference management support, travel, front office support, and SharePoint development and management.

DHS Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate Office of Enterprise Services (OES) Finance and Budget Divisions (FBD) seeks services for its DHS S&T customers. Refer to the draft SOW included with this RFI for specific details.
