The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations, Federal Protective Service Acquisition Division, Contracting Office plans to solicit offers for armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services at various locations throughout the New Mexico, West Texas and South Texas regions. The contacting office has conducted market research that demonstrates the consolidation of the three existing contracts to be necessary, justified and in the best interest of the government.

A copy of the approved Consolidation Determinations and Findings (D&F) Memo is being published with this notice. The requirement will be competed as a task order on an existing Multiple Award Contract (MAC) in accordance with FAR Part 16.505. The resultant task order will consist of a one-year base period and four (4) one-year ordering periods.
