The Government hereby provides notice of its intent to exercise the Option to Extend Services under FAR 52.217?8 for Contract 70RFP121DE2000001, currently awarded to Kerberos International, Inc. for Armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services at Customs and Border Protection (CBP) locations throughout Puerto Rico.

The extension will be for a period of up to six (6) months, beginning on or about May 1, 2026. This extension is being executed pursuant to FAR 52.217?8, which was included in the original solicitation and contract. The potential cost of the six?month extension was evaluated at the time of award, and exercising this option is within the scope of the original contract. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation will be issued. The Government intends to proceed with the extension in accordance with the terms and conditions of the existing contract.
