OCRSO is seeking a highly qualified Contractor to conduct facility assessments at DHS owned, operated and leased facilities, provide program, portfolio, and project management support, engineering and environmental technical expertise to implement the Presidential mandates on an aggressive approach to increase efficiencies, reduce program costs, and create an intergration of mission support activities within real property facilities across the Department.

These assessments are essential for determining DHS Component consolidation and colocation opportunities and project planning in the facilities and space they need to achieve their missions. Strategic facility planning is crucial for the alignment of mission-critical spaces such as sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIFs), firing ranges, labs, training centers, and task force spaces used by immigration enforcement, law enforcement, public safety, and intelligence communities within DHS.
