Amendment 02 is attached. 9/8/2025 -- The SF30 Amendment 01 and the SCA Wage Determination for this RFQ are now attached. 9/6/2025 -- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Scale Calibration services at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA. The contract will be a firm-fixed price with a base, plus four option periods. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

Circular: FAC 2025-05 8/7/2025. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included within the RFQ file. This RFQ number is 70LGLY25QGLB00085 and must be referenced on any documentation submitted to the Government. A Tradeoff analysis will be used to make an award decision. The evaluation factors are Technical (Capability Statement/Performance Plan), Past Performance, and Price. See FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation and Addendum to Provision 52.212-2 in the RFQ document (page 36 through 38) for further details.

All questions concerning this acquisition must be submitted by October 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET. Questions will be answered via an amendment posted on SAM.gov. Questions are to be submitted to Gary.N.Scidmore@fletc.dhs.gov.

Acceptance of an award certifies that the firm will comply with FAR 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons, by notifying all employees and subcontractors at all levels.
