FEMA FY-25 Ready Campaign Market Research

This is a Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought to assist the government in determining the capabilities within industry that may be able to satisfy the government's requirement. Please see attached questionnaire and draft Performance Work Statement. The government is not requesting offers, and any responses to this RFI/Sources Sought received by the goverment will not be accepted to form a binding contract.

This RFI/Sources Sought does not consititute a solicitation or request for proposal, and no award will be made as a result of this notice. DHS/FEMA intends to assess submittals in respons to this RFI/Sources Sought; however, feedback may not be provided back to respondents. Capability statements shall be submitted no later than 11:00 AM ET on Monday, June 24, 2024 to the recipients listed below:
