Reason for Posting: The original contract award did not include a documented evaluation of the pricing for the FAR 52.217-8 option to extend services. The incumbent contractor, Avid Core LLC, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing these mission-critical program management support services for CBP's Office of International Affairs (INA) without unacceptable delays or substantial duplication of cost. Their unique institutional knowledge, established relationships, and cleared personnel are essential to prevent a severe disruption to critical CBP operations and objectives.
