Yamaha All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70B03C26Q00000415 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Yamaha All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), brand name or equal.

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed purchase order to the one responsible and responsive vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and provides the lowest price technically acceptable. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns under NAICS 336999, which has a Non-Manufacturer Rule Class Waiver for small businesses to supply this equipment as a non-manufacturer. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.

See RFO 52.252-2 in Section II below for updated addresses. The U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol Headquarters (USBP) is seeking to acquire Four (4) ATV units.

The ATVs must meet the specifications/requirements stated in the attached statement of work (SOW) and enough detailed information must be submitted with the quote for a technical review to be completed without holding discussions. All interested vendors who wish to compete for this effort shall submit, along with the quote, technical specification sheets for all the units that are being quoted and shall also provide an authorized manufacturer distribution/reseller letter, to be considered for award.

All documents must be in PDF format and must be emailed to the Contract Specialist (CS) Jesus Solis @ jesus.solis@cbp.dhs.gov no later than 09/24/2026, 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. The government reserves the right to accept or reject quotes received after the given deadline.
