IRS TAX ANALYTIC DATA PLATFORM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The Internal Revenue Service requires a proposal for a Firm Fixed Price Managed Service that supports a cloud-based system which meets the business user functionality within current IRS network, technical, and security requirements for critical Filing season operations.

The Contractor must provide a solution which includes project management support, preparation of all technical documentation and required Enterprise Lifecycle documentation, cybersecurity management, configuration management, incident management, disaster recovery, risk management, schedule management, preparation of reports and briefings, and representing the project at meetings, and providing analytical support, including data import, data modeling, data analysis, user workflow support, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
