Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a CNC Ultrasonic Machining Center based upon the technical requirements listed in "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable – Procurement Strategy, Addendum to Supplier Quote dated 05/21/2026" All quotations shall be responsive to the terms and conditions made a part of this solicitation.

Any exceptions taken shall be detailed and refer to specific Articles of the Applicable Documentation. Contractor’s work on the Argonne site is subject to compliance with the ES&H requirements identified in item 2. *EVALUATION IS BASED ON LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE CRITERIA* Failure to submit all required documentation may result in the offer being withdrawn from further consideration. Please see the ANL-70 Request for Quotation for all required documentation. Please return all aspects of this offer no later than 3:00pm CDT on June 5, 2026. We are looking forward to your response.
