Vacuum Chamber System for BioNanoProbe-II (BNP-II)

Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a responsible contractor for the design, manufacture, test, and delivery of a vacuum chamber system for the BioNanoProbe-II (BNP-II) instrument, at Sector 2ID beamline of the Advanced Photon Source (APS). The chamber will house high-resolution x-ray optics, visible light optics, numerous precision motion stages, metrology equipment, liquid nitrogen flow lines, and more.

Evaluation will be based upon a Best Value Procurement Strategy, defined and explained in Enclosure No. 1. Any prospective offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, statement of work, etc. must request it in an email to mollyhunter@anl.gov by November 4, 2025, 3PM CDT, to allow a reply to be provided to all prospective offerors. Please review all provided documentation and instructions prior to submitting questions.
