This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 270 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 228 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 00 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Department of Labor – Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. The lease has been awarded to the La Rambla Plaza LLC. in Ponce, PR.

Commencing 8/1/2024 through 7/31/2033, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $10,727.10 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $893.93 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $3,977.10 annually and an operating rent of $6,750.00 The lease terms are set at 10 years/3 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after 8/1/2027 with 60 days written notice to the Lessor.
