Based on FAR 19.1306 HUBZone sole source set-aside awards, the Department of Justice, Washington DC intend to procure via single source from Potomac Restoration, Inc. services to repair cobble stones in the D and E courtyards at 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20530.
