Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Renovation and Addition of Aircrew Readiness Facility - Beale ARB, CA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, has an upcoming requirement for the Renovation and Addition of the Aircrew Readiness Facility at Beale Air Force Base located in CA .

Included in the requirement for the project is a brand-name sole source specification for the following elements: Fire Sprinkler System- Ames/Colt C200 Series Double Check Valve Backflow Prevention Assembly Radio Transmitter - Monaco BT-XM radio transmitter Generator - Cummins Tier 4 Diesel Generator Also included in the requirement for the project is a brand-name sole source fo Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E).

USACE intends to include the following Brand Name or Equal requirements: Armstrong Milliken Sherwin Williams Custom Building Products Mohawk Crossville WilsonArt Roppe Surecrete Dura-Kote Johnsonite Avonite Mechoshade This is not a solicitation for a competitive proposal; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.

All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirements described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 04:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 31 July 2024 to adam.m.brooks@usace.army.mil.
