Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Air Logistics, Infrastructure, and Troop Support in Australia

The 92d Contracting Squadron, Fairchild AFB, WA, intends to award a sole source contract to Aero Adapt Pty Ltd, for consolidated Air Logistics, Infrastructure, and Troop Support (ALITS). The requirement will involve non-tactical vehicle lease, fleet/ground handler/fuel services, airport office space lease, material-handling equipment lease, customs brokerage services, and lodging.

The duration will run from 1-20 June 2024 in Northern Australia IAW FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and FAR 13.501, Special documentation requirements. Aero Adapt Pty Ltd is the only source know to the Government with a unique capability to provide all of the required services for the specified time period in the area of Northern Australia. Thus, Aero Adapt Pty Ltd is the only responsible source that can immediately satisfy the Government's requirement.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made based on quotes or offers received in response to this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 488119. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government.
