Small Business Architect-Engineering (A-E), Value Engineering (VE) Services Single Award Task Order (SATOC), Kansas City District

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK) plans to solicit offers for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Architect-Engineer (A-E), Value Engineering (VE) Services for a Small Business (SB) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The proposed A-E VE SATOC will be solicited as a total small business set-aside with award to a single A-E firm with a total ordering capacity of $9.5M.

The SATOC will have a five-year ordering period used to award negotiated firm-fixed-price (FFP) task orders (TOs) for VE services to support various Military, Environmental Restoration, and Civil Works projects for USACE. The services performed under this contract and individual task orders may be formal VE studies and/or VE studies/reviews, including presentations.

Each proposal must include a plan that demonstrates the capability to start task orders/studies within two (2) weeks of the notice to proceed (NTP) issuance and perform simultaneous workshops in two (2) different locations and consecutively for a sustained period.
