Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Long Term Lodging The U.S. Embassy Mexico City intends to award a sole?source, firm?fixed?price contract to Dominion Corporate Suites for follow-on long term, vetted, lodging near Embassy Mexico City for a family of 2 adults and 2 children for approximately five weeks from July 22, 2024, to August 8,2024. This service is acquired as a follow-on sole?source requirement since vetted options are extremely limited due to security concerns and local guidance.

Post requested quotes our normally used sources, but all others are full during the period requested. Obelisk Suites remains the only viable option. They have the characteristics that officer and family need for a long stay. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
