THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD FOLLOW-ON CONTRACT TO EMISSARY LLC TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR SPECIALIST OPERATIONS AND LOW-INTENSITY CON

WHS/AD intends to issue a bridge award to continue the of services performed under the current contract, HQ003418C0143 to Emissary LLC, 15000 Conference Center Drive, Suite- 500, Chantilly, Virginia 20151. The current contract period of performance expires March 29, 2024. The Government is considering a 4 -month contract consisting of a 3-month base with one 1-month Option Period. Failure to issue a follow-on award as a bridge contract would create an unacceptable and significant lapse in support for OASD SO/LIC. The bridge contract is required to avoid a lapse in service while the Agency executes its corrective action following a post-award protest.
