Notice of Intent - Sole Source - Water Well Construction

This is not a solicitation; this is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source procurement. The U.S. Embassy in Algiers will solicit and award a firm fixed price contract below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold to EURL BETA-CONSULTS for the construction of a water well on the chancery compound under authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i) and 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).

For this requirement, EURL BETA-CONSULTS is considered the only responsible source that can perform this type of project in compliance with local laws and regulations. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than May 11 at 12:00 p.m. EDT.
