Industry One-on-One Engagement March 17-18, 2025 Announcement: The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, the Project Lead Joint Services, and the Joint Munitions Command will be hosting one-on-one Industry engagement sessions for the planned competition for the production of propellants and the operation of the RFAAP.

Location: Picatinny Arsenal Building 1 Goll Conference Room The USG intends to hold one-on-one sessions to present questions to select companies on Whitepaper submissions and Requests for Information (RFI). The USG will drive these sessions with the intention to clarify information presented within the Whitepapers and RFI’s. Answers to the USG’s questions will not be publicly shared as discussion with each company will contain proprietary information.

The USG intends to provide its questions to vendors prior to the one-on-one sessions. The USG will contact each company directly to coordinate the date and time of the one-on-one session and provide additional details. A virtual option will be provided for those who cannot attend in-person. More details on this will be provided prior to the event.

Attendance for this event will be limited to a maximum of four representatives per company in-person in addition to a maximum of four representatives per company virtually. Individuals from consulting firms acting on behalf of a particular company will be included in the respective company’s total representative count. The limit will be strictly enforced. Please note, the USG does not intend to hold one-on-one sessions with every company that submitted a Whitepaper and/or RFI.

The USG will only request a session with companies for which the USG has clarifying questions with respect to the submitted Whitepaper and/or RFI. Companies will be notified no later than COB Wednesday, March 12, 2025 of the Government's intention to hold a one-on-one session. Please understand that if a session request is not received by your company by that suspense, the Government does not have follow-up questions to the submitted Whitepaper and/or RFI responses for your company at this time.

The USG does not intend to award a contract on the basis of these Industry one-on-one sessions or otherwise pay or reimburse respondents for participation in this event. Do not rely on information presented today in formulating proposals. Should a Request for Proposal (RFP) be issued, any information contained within the RFP supersedes the information presented here. No USG personnel, except for the Contracting Officer, can make any commitments on behalf of the USG.
