*Amendment 2 to solicitation 697DCK-25-R-00437 was issued on November 3, 2025. The purpose of amendment 2 is to extend the proposal due date to November 14, 2025 no later than 1700 ET. A FINAL NEPA REVIEW HAS NOT BEEN CONDUCTED. NTP (Notice to proceed) will not be issued until we have a favorable NEPA finding for this site.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, equipment, insurance, security notifications, licenses, permits, and fees in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements to DESIGN AND BUILD A NEW AIRPORT TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER (ATCT) FACILITIES OGDEN-HINCKLEY AIRPORT (OGD) IN OGDEN, UTAH.

All work shall be in accordance with the specifications, drawings, contract clauses, and wage rates, as described in this Solicitation Due to their file sizes (as they are too large to transmit via email) interested offeror's must email both (Rodgers.L.Cox@faa.gov) and (Sam.G.Culberth@faa.gov) to request access to the FAA's KSN Site to download all Section J Attachments. Please provide name, phone #, and email address for this KSN P.O.C. (limit one KSN P.O.C. per perspective offeror).
