RFO/Solicitation: RDG ATCT Design-Build of a New Tower project in Reading, PA

Solicitation Amendment #1 issued to incorporate RFI Responses into the Solicitation requirements. Solicitation/RFO announcement for the FAA Eastern Region Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Design-Build of a new RDG ATCT project in Reading, PA. This is the SIR Phase 1, whcich is the pre-qualifications to down-select offerors to then receive the RFO Phase 2 Solicitation, as described in the SIR document attached herein.

This procurement is available on a Full & Open basis. The North American Industry Calssification System (NAICS) code is 236220, with a size standard of $45.0 million. The SIR Phase 1 and PPQ (Past Performance Questionnaire), are attached to this announcement.

All other Engineering Doucments will be made available under a subsequent RFO Phase 2 Solicitation. The price range for this procurement is $50,000,000.00 - $55,000,000.00. **The Acquisition Management System (AMS) applies to FAA in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and various other provisions of Federal acquisition law.
