This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement, competed as a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561730 – Landscaping Services. Performance Begins 04/01/2026 for the base year plus four (4) option years.

TIMELINE Site Visit Information – An optional site visit IAW AMS Clause SA30, is scheduled for the date below. Attendance is encouraged, but not mandatory. To attend the site visit, advance registration is required by Friday, Febraury 13, 2026 at 1700 EST to Matina Jackson at Matina.L.Jackson@faa.gov using the SUBJECT LINE: Site Visit Request for 697DCK-25-R-00344. Please provide name of company and the name of each representative attending the site visit.

An email with instructions regarding the site visit will be provided following acceptance of your request. Attendance to the site visit is limited to only two (2) representatives per company.
