NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Funded – Miami International Airport (MIA) Air Traffic Control Precast Panel Repair Project located in Miami, FL. The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity. The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract via the BOA.
