Notice of Intent to award against Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA) ORD North ASDE SMR construction project

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for the purpose of general construction of the facility at the Chicago O'Hare Interntational Airport in Chicago, IL (ORD North ASDE SMR) The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity. Purpose of the announcement: To inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract via the BOA.
