SIR- Fire Maintenance services at Multiple locations within the Indianapolis District at:

1. Columbus Air Traffic Control Tower (CMH ATCT), located at Port Columbus International Airport at 4277 International Airport, Columbus, Ohio 43219.

2. Indianapolis Air Traffic Control Tower (IND-T ATCT), located at Indianapolis International Airport at 8100 Colonel H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive South, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241.

3. Indianapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZID ARTCC), located at Indianapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center at 1850 South Sigsbee Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Fire Maintenance Services at the Columbus Air Traffic Control Tower (CMH ATCT), the Indianapolis Air Traffic Control Tower (IND-T ATCT); and Indianapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZID ARTCC), in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates.

There is no Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561621- Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). OPTIONAL site visits will be offered. Details on the site visits are as follows:
