Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the bid due date and time as; 04/26/2024 at 1500 Pacific Time. This amendment alo includes an attachment titled "Questions and Answers." There are no other changes to this solicitation. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) for janitorial services at the FAA facilities in Kotzebue, Alaska, to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

Procurement for this requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside with NAICS code 561720. Award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract, Base Year Plus 4 Option Years.
