Amendment 1 covers the following topics.

1. Changes to the Request for Offers (RFO) document, including the "Proposal Due Date" CHANGED/EXTENDED to 4/29/2024.

2. FAA's responses to questions from potential offerors.

3. Revision to drawing No. ZDV-1403757-C002, dated 4/09/2024.

UPDATE 3/07/2024: The project Request for Offers (RFO) and Davis-Bacon construction wage rate (file name: General Decision C020240002.pdf) are now available for download from this web page, see “Attachments”. Please note: A tiered evaluation of offers will be used in the source selection for this contract. In case the FAA does not receive sufficient interest from small businesses which are both qualified for the work and price-competitive, the FAA may consider a contract award to other business types, see the RFO at Sections L and M for details.

UPDATE 2/22/2024: This solicitation has been updated and now includes project information such as the offer-due date and complete details for attending the optional site visit, see just below. Still pending: Contract terms and conditions and complete requirements for submitting an offer, this information should release within the next two weeks. - 3/12/2024 10:00 am local time (Denver, CO): DEADLINE for vendors to SIGN-UP for the optional site visit.
