697DCK-24-R-00119: Janitorial Services for FAA facilities in South Carolina: The Columbia Air Traffic Control Tower, as well as the Tech Ops/AT Building located at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport in W. Columbia, South Carolina. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a janitorial services contract at FAA facilities located at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport in W. Columbia, South Carolina: The Columbia Air Traffic Control Tower, as well as the Tech Ops/AT Building.

This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 – Janitorial Services. Performance Begins 04/01/2023 for a base year plus four (4) option years. THIS IS A VERY TIGHT TIMELINE. PERFORMANCE MUST BEGIN 04/01/2023. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A PROPOSAL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE STAFF TO ACCOMMODATE AND CANNOT MEET THE START DATE.

Must register to attend no later than Friday, January 26, 2024 by 3:00 PM Eastern to Matina Jackson at Matina.L.Jackson@faa.gov, SUBJECT LINE: Site Visit Request for 697DCK-24-R-00119.
