SIR- Grounds Keeping Services at Multiple locations within the Indianapolis District at: 1. Indianapolis International Airport Air Traffic Control Tower and TRACON Building located at 8100 Colonel H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive South, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241 2. Indianapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center located at 1850 South Sigsbee Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241 The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Grounds Keeping Services at the Federal Aviation Administration, Indianapolis International Airport Air Traffic Control Tower and TRACON Building in Indianapolis, Indiana, and the Indianapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates.

There is a Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 - Landscaping Services. OPTIONAL site visits will be offered at each location. Details on the site visits are as follows:

Date and Times: August 23, 2024 at 12:00 PM ET time and 2:00 PM ET time Site Visit Contact: To attend the site visit, advance notice by email is required by August 22, 2024, at 12:00 PM ET to the FAA point of contact, Luke Hall, email: luke.hall@faa.gov.

Contractors interested in attending the site visit will be required to notify Luke Hall in writing of their interest in attending and provide their name, phone number, email address, and name of company they will be representing, and the names of all individuals who will be attending the site visit, prior to the date of the site visit and no later than August 22, 2024, at 12:00 PM ET. There is an optional site visit on August 23, 2024 at 12:00 PM ET time for the Indianapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center.
