NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE – CBP FLIR HD TFU UPGRADES OF BORDER SUPPORT EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT IN SUPPORT OF CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. Qty : 4 Rational Basis for Use of Single Source Award Procedures: Teledyne FLIR is the only responsible source for procurement of parts and end items being requested by the Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center in support of Customs and Border Protection.
