NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE - Aeronautical Application Software Enhancements

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), intends to award a single source contract to Hilton Software LLC. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center proposes to acquire, under single source authority, Aeronautical Application (Aero App) Software Enhancements.

In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the agency. This procurement is being single-sourced due to Hilton's proprietary data, specialized expertise, and standardization for this requirement.

This requirement will be awarded to HILTON SOFTWARE, INC. and is not available for full and open competition or Small Business Set Aside.
