The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to:
Replace CPC Vault Emergency Lighting System Control Module and Batteries at Oakland Air Route Traffic Center in accordance with attached Statement of Work and Spec. All contractors must have an active registration in SAM (sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside for NAICS Code: 236210-Industrial Building Construction.
Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M The estimated Project Magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $50,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required for this requirement. All pre-construction materials will be reviewed/approved prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). A site visit is scheduled for January 22, 2025, at 9:00am PT.
