Notice of Intent to Single Source to Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. The FAA intends to award a single source contract to Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education of Oklahoma City, OK. This procurement is for post implementation support for the Department of Transportation's use of OneNet's internet service. The procurement will be for 58 months.
