Controller Training Solutions (CTS) II Draft SIR Sections C, L, and M

Attached please find Drafts of Sections C, L, and M along with some secondary documents for the Controller Training Solutions (CTS) II solicitiation. Industry feedback and questions are sincerely and strongly encouraged and can be submitted via the Attached Excel sheet. Please note, however, that answers to questions are generally not posted but will be used to craft the next iteration of the SIR. The deadline for all questions and feedback is 01 August 2025 at Noon.
