Research to Support FHWA’s Office of Infrastructure Research and Development: Issued Call 2.0

Amendment 001 is to extend the project concept papers due date. At this time, FHWA is not accepting project concept papers for research topics that indicate "TBA" in the closing date for concept papers column of Issued Call 2.0 - Appendix C. Those research topics will be open for project concept paper submissions in a future Issued Call.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN OPEN BAA. FHWA ANTICPATES BAA CALLS FOR A PERIOD OF 60 MONTHS. CALLS FOR CONCEPT PAPERS ARE ANTICIPATED ANNUALLY VIA AN UPDATED APPENDIX C. THIS IS BAA ISSUED CALL 2.0. Projects shall develop technologies that address FHWA current strategic goals and objectives (FY 2022–2026). The purpose of this BAA is to solicit a variety of solutions that will support the strategic objectives of the Office of Infrastructure Research and Development and the tactical needs of the infrastructure program areas: Advanced Digital Construction Transportation Resilience and Safety Enhanced Pavement Management Bridge Preservation and Management Pavement Modeling and Performance
