DORMITORY BUILDINGS INTERIOR REPAINTING

AWARD NOTIFICATION. The RFQ 693JF724Q000002 for dormitory painting is awarded to Fillmore contracts, LLC, 2330 Scenic HWYs, Snellville, GA 300783115 in accordance with lowest price technically accetable in the amount of $518,837.35 on 6/10/2024. Re-painting of two dormitory buildings, totaling approximately 109,000 square feet of interior space.

Each building has four floors with approximately (26) to (34) rooms per floor on floors 1, 2 and 3. Re-painting of all hallways, stairwells (including stairs and hand rails), dorm rooms and bathrooms. Hallway, laundry room, mail room and IT office will be painted in basement level (Zero Deck) of Jones Hall. Hallway in basement level (Zero Deck) of Barry Hall is required. The purpose of amendment one is to : 1)upload revised RFQ 693JF724Q000002. All changes are highlighted in yellow.

2)Upload revised Attachment A -Estimate Sq.FT; 3)Upload Attachment B- Schedule; 4) Upload Attachment C updated Pricing sheet, 5) Upload attachment E Barry Hall floor plan; 6) Upload attachment F Jones Hall floor plan.; 7) Extended the RFQ closing date from March 20, 2024 to March 28, 2024, 3pm EST. Last Site visit is scheduled on March 14, 2024 from 9:30am to 10am EST at NY. Send one or two attendees names to durba.ray@dot.gov by March 13, 2024 11am EST. Questions will be due by March 15, 2024 2pm. After March 15, 2024 no additional site visit or questions will be accepted. All terms and conditions remain the same. The purpose of a amendment two is to include:

1. Upload the Attachment D- Wage Determination: Davis Bacon Act WD # NY20240012 2. Upload the Questions and Answers to the RFQ. 3. All terms and conditions remains the same. Submit the signed RFQ, all amendments and fillable clauses with your proposal.

Purpose of this amendment is to request all Quoters to email the proposal to durba.ray@dot.gov; markita.wade.ctr@dot.gov and also submit your proposal in SAM.gov as well in accordance with the RFQ prior to the close of the RFQ on March 28, 2024,3pm (Correct date) EST Submit signed 1442 with the RFQ and all amendments with your proposal. Purpose of amendment three is to upload revised solicitation amendment three.

All revised proposals are due on May 21, 2024, 11am EST. Due to time constraints this RFQ will not be extended further. Mandatory requirement for this RFQ and the PWS is that the performance on this requirement must start on June 24, 2024. Purpose of amendment 4 is to revised Volume 1- Technical approach is due by Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 11am. Must not submit revised Volume 2 Past Performance and Volume 3 -Price.
