Sealed bids from certified Small Business Concerns only will be accepted for the Fort Belvoir – Kingman & Walker Gates, Project VA ST FB KNGMN-WLKR GTS, Solicitation Number 693C73-25-B-000016, located in Fairfax County, Virginia. The project consists of geometric road improvements, constructing an additional left-turn lane, extending a left-turn lane, constructing a receiving lane, installation and modifications of traffic signals, and other miscellaneous work.

The project will be split into multiple work schedules/contract options, with the cost of the entire project expected to fall within the price range of $5,000,000 to $7,000,000. Bid documents should be issued on or about September 10, 2025. Bid due date and location will be specified on the SF 1442, Block 13a of the Solicitation.
